Bobbin
Offspring of Oliver and Sable, Bobbin was the first foal to be born at Freshfields (Elliott was the Trust’s firstborn foal but he was born at Wormhill). Sable was unable to feed her new foal so, for three weeks, Annie had to milk Sable – which took two hours each time – and hand feed Bobbin.
