Doolie
Doolie arrived with her friends, Gabby, Gus and Pippa from Roweth in Derbyshire where they had been owned by a merchant seaman who used to leave them to fend for themselves on the moors when he was away at sea - often for up to a year at a time. When they arrived, they were weak and malnourished but, as you can see from this photo, Doolie is now a fine, healthy donkey.
