Harry
Is a handsome and very friendly 9 year old donkey with a small head and long hair which may be due to Poiteau connections (Poiteau being the national French donkey). He arrived here at the Trust with his wife Lettuce, she keeps her eye on him and follows him everywhere. They were both rescued in winter from temperatures of -12 having been kept in a paddock with no shelter. Their previous owners sold them along with their house and the new property owners fortunately contacted us here at the Trust because they wanted Harry and Lettuce to be looked after properly.
